Happy Customers . . .
I always want to ensure that my customers are happy!
I put a great deal of effort into all aspects of making the toppers:
- I communicate regularly through e-mail or by phone
- I make sure that the photos I have are up-to-date if the topper is
booked well in advance (i.e. your hairstyle, hair colour etc)
- Using beads and sparkly bits I try to make all jewellery to look as close as possible to the real thing
- If I'm ever in doubt about anything as the topper progresses I always
contact the client before I continue.
Once I feel the topper is ready I e-mail several photos to the clients. I can and have on occasion separated the photos of the bride and groom so that the groom does not see what the topper bride is wearing and give the game away!!
I pride myself on never having had a dissatisfied customer.
